Fedor Blaščák has graduated from philosophy at the Comenius University in Bratislava in 2002. Later he was the PhD. student and the professor assistant at the Philosophy department at the Faculty of Philosophy (till 2010). Since 2007 he is running the initiative Memory Kontrol, which, despite of its non-academic background, provides a serious attempt to enhance the public debate on some neglected issues of the Czechoslovak modern history.
